FAQ's

Production Time:

1-2 weeks. Everything is handmade and printed. We want to make sure everything is done perfectly before getting it out to you. Please plan accordingly for your trips or gifts. If you need it faster, please check our "Ready to Ship" section. They ship out next day.

Shipping:

We are not responsible for any lost packages. Once it has been scanned into USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, it is no longer under our liability. Best thing to do is check with the postal carrier to locate the package. Make sure as you are placing your order you have entered the correct address. When we create shipping labels and we are notified that it was not a verified address, we will be in contact through email.

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally! We are figuring out a set rate for you all to save money on both our ends! Please note that sometimes when shipping to certain areas, it may get stuck in customs. If you are unsure where it is, check the tracking and check in with the carrier. If the package has been sent back to us due to unverified address, we will be in contact with you. If there are special shipping instructions, please email endeeringboutique@gmail.com We will be happy to help anyway we can.

Returns & Exchanges:

We accept them! We will send you a return address label and once it's received we will refund or send out the exchanged item. Any custom items are not returnable & exchangeable. 

Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed, there is no cancellation. As orders come in they are being processed/sent to production.
